By accessing or using True Redditor (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

True Redditor is an AI-powered analysis tool that reads publicly available data from Reddit's public API — including posts, comments, karma scores, and account metadata — and generates inferences using large language models. It functions similarly to open-source intelligence (OSINT) tools like Maltego and audience analytics tools like Social Blade, operating exclusively on data that users have voluntarily made public on Reddit.

All outputs are AI-generated estimates and probabilistic inferences. They are not facts, verified data, or professional assessments of any kind.

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes, including:

• Personal curiosity about your own Reddit profile
• Academic or journalistic research on public figures
• Entertainment and exploratory use
• Security awareness and OSINT education

You expressly agree not to use the Service to:

• Harass, intimidate, stalk, or threaten any individual
• Dox or expose private information about any person
• Target private individuals — the Service is not a surveillance tool
• Discriminate based on protected characteristics
• Violate Reddit's Terms of Service or API policies
• Automate bulk lookups or scrape results programmatically
• Use outputs in legal proceedings as factual evidence
• Facilitate any illegal activity under applicable law

Violation of these prohibitions may result in permanent blocking from the Service and, where required by law, reporting to relevant authorities.

All analysis, personality inferences, demographic estimates, behavioral patterns, and other outputs are generated by AI models and are inherently probabilistic. True Redditor makes no representations that any output is accurate, complete, or up to date.

Do not make decisions affecting people's lives, employment, safety, or reputation based on outputs from this tool. AI inferences about individuals can be wrong, biased, or misleading.

True Redditor does not store search queries, usernames searched, or analysis results on our servers. All data fetched from Reddit is processed transiently and discarded after your session. Your API key (if provided) is stored locally in your browser only and is never transmitted to our servers.

Data fetched from Reddit is subject to Reddit's own Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of data provided by Reddit's API.

To prevent misuse as a bulk surveillance or harassment tool, the Service enforces rate limits on lookups. These limits are designed to ensure True Redditor remains a personal curiosity tool, not a mass-profiling weapon.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, True Redditor, its creator, and any affiliated parties shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from:

• Your use of or reliance on any AI-generated output
• Inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading inferences
• Actions taken by you or third parties based on Service outputs
• Any violation of these Terms by you

You use this Service entirely at your own risk. All liability for consequences arising from your use of results — including harm to third parties — rests solely with you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless True Redditor and its creator from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third party's rights.

The Service depends on Reddit's public API and third-party AI model providers (such as Anthropic, OpenAI, or others configured by you). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of these external services. Your use of third-party AI providers via your own API key is governed by their respective terms of service.

True Redditor's interface, design, and original code are the property of the creator. Reddit content remains the property of Reddit and its users under Reddit's Content Policy. AI-generated outputs are provided as-is with no ownership claim.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of the creator's domicile. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
